The name Lankin originates from the Gaelic word for “tall,” which we think is fitting given that the company’s origins are rooted in tall ambitions. Formerly Pulis Investments, we began as a small, family-owned operation with big intensions. Indeed, our first major real estate development project required so much work that other developers were reluctant to take it on. But thanks to our drive, determination, and openness to adapt (plus loads of perseverance), we tackled the project and never looked back.

Since then, Lankin Investments has developed a celebrated reputation for achieving results among real estate investors, brokers, and dealmakers thanks to more than a decade of successfully acquiring, managing, and operating multi-family real estate assets in southwestern Ontario. We provide our client with easy access to passive real estate investments without the complexities of acquiring and managing properties. Our expertise lies in identifying high-growth markets and value-add opportunities to drive meaningful investor performance.

Today we have assets under management of over $1 billion consisting of 2,800+ multi-family units and 2,000+ units in development. We believe that our impressive growth is thanks in part to our entrepreneurial drive that we’ve maintained since the company’s early days.
