Toshi brings nearly a decade of experience across private markets, alternative investments, and capital markets to Lankin Investments. He previously held roles at Westcourt Capital, CI Assante Wealth Management, and CI Global Asset Management, where he focused on investment due diligence, advisor-focused business development, and alternative strategy research. At Westcourt, he served as Associate Principal & Associate Portfolio Manager and was a member of the firm’s Investment & Risk Committees. Toshi holds a Bachelor of Management & Organizational Studies (BMOS) with a specialization in Accounting from the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®). He is a registered Dealing Representative in Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Quebec.

As Director, Private Capital Markets at Lankin, Toshi leads capital raising initiatives and engages directly with high-net-worth investors to support the continued growth of Lankin’s multi-residential real estate investment platform. Through disciplined investor engagement and strategic capital development, he contributes to strengthening the firm’s capital formation efforts and long-term platform expansion.
