Reuven Harrouch brings over a decade of experience spanning wealth management, capital markets, and private equity. Since 2012, he has worked closely with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and professional advisors, supporting capital formation and long-term investment strategies across public markets, private equity, and private real estate. He is recognized for his relationship-driven approach and nuanced understanding of institutional-quality investment opportunities available to Canadian investors, including how they are structured, evaluated, and scaled. Reuven holds a Bachelor of Literature from Ner Israel Rabbinical College in Baltimore, Maryland, and an Accounting Certificate from York University. He is registered as a Dealing Representative with Parvis Investment Services Inc. (“Parvis”), an exempt market dealer, and is currently completing his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM®) designation, with expected completion in 2026.

At Lankin Investments, Reuven serves as Vice President, Business Development, where he focuses on building and scaling strategic partnerships and expanding the firm’s footprint within private real estate by providing issuer-approved information and developing relationships relating to potential real estate acquisition opportunities.

As a Dealing Representative with Parvis, Reuven works directly with investors to understand their objectives and assess the suitability of Lankin’s offerings. Any capital-raising or investor-facing registrable activity is performed solely in his separate capacity as a Dealing Representative of Parvis and under Parvis’s supervision. As a Dealing Representative of Parvis, he has played a key role in raising over $130 million in equity across private real estate investments, working closely with high-net-worth investors and family offices, and contributing to the continued growth and institutional positioning of the Lankin Investments platform.
