Kyle is responsible for driving the strong operational performance of the organization forward as it strives for growth. With a deep understanding of market dynamics and a proven track record of enhancing operational performance, Kyle is directly responsible for the operational execution of Lankin Investments’ strategic objectives. Prior to joining Lankin Investments, Kyle was a Partner at BDO Canada LLP, leading the firm’s national strategy, operations, and sustainability practice. He also acted as BDO Canada’s National Real Estate Consulting Leader. Working with over 50 boards and executive leadership Teams, Kyle led strategic business planning and operational transformation programs across numerous industries with a focus on the Canadian real estate sector. Kyle has also held the role of Assistant Vice President at RioCan REIT and led RioCan’s corporate governance and compliance practices, where he successfully executed a variety of operational value-creation initiatives across the organization. Along with his Honours Business Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University, Kyle holds a Chartered Accountant designation with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, a certification in Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School and is a Certified Brand Strategist.
