Haider leads the development of Lankin Investments’ referral partnership program, overseeing the strategy, systems, and relationships that connect the firm with trusted professional networks. Having built the partnerships function from the ground up, he brings both strategic and hands-on industry experience to the role.

Prior to joining Lankin, Haider was with CoStar Group, where he managed relationships with major property owners and REITs, including Killam REIT, Hazelview, and Universal Realty Group. He also built CoStar’s Atlantic Canada territory from the ground up, establishing it as a key market for the company. His performance earned him recognition in CoStar’s President’s Circle, honouring top-preforming sales professionals across the orginization.

Haider holds a degree in Economics from Brock University, an active real estate licence through RECO, and a Negotiation Mastery certification from Harvard Business School Online.
