Clint began his career in sales, developing a strong foundation in strategic, consultative, value-driven relationship management. He later transitioned into wealth management as a Dealing Representative in the exempt market space, raising capital and providing accredited investors with access to alternative private placement securities. Expanding into hands-on real estate investing, Clint has led construction and major renovation projects totaling tens of millions of dollars, successfully executing both short- and long-term strategies.

As an Associate, Private Capital Markets, Clint draws on his construction and real estate experience to support investor education content and share market insights with the Lankin management team.

As a Dealing Representative with Parvis Investment Services Inc. (“Parvis”), an exempt market dealer, Clint works directly with investors to understand their objectives and assess the suitability of Lankin’s offerings. He helps guide clients toward professionally managed investment opportunities aligned with their financial objectives. Known for transparency, integrity, and a client-first approach, he supports investors in accessing tailored, real estate-backed private placements through Lankin Investments. Any capital-raising or investor-facing registrable activity is performed solely in his separate capacity as a Dealing Representative of Parvis and under Parvis’s supervision.
