Andrew Conti brings more than 13 years of analytical leadership in institutional real estate to Lankin Investments. Over his career, he has overseen portfolio performance and long-term strategic planning for assets totaling $8 billion, including 26,000 multi-family units, and has structured and executed more than $2.0 billion in debt refinancings. He holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance & Accounting from Bentley University.

As Senior Director of Fund Management at Lankin, Andrew connects high-level financial strategy with disciplined asset oversight. He works closely with the acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to execute fund strategies, manage risk, and deliver transparent reporting to the Executive Team. Through this integrated approach, he helps ensure fund performance remains aligned with long-term, sustainable investor outcomes.
