Van leads the development of Lankin Investments’ referral partnership program, overseeing the strategy, systems, and relationships that connect the firm with trusted professional networks, including developers, lenders, lawyers, accountants, and financial advisors. She brings a hands-on, multi-stakeholder approach to building trust with decision-makers and turning new relationships into long-term partnerships.

Prior to joining Lankin, Van spent nearly a decade in enterprise sales, most recently as Director of Business Development at Zonda, where she built the company’s Ontario and Quebec presence from the ground up. She developed relationships with multi-family developers, REITs, and lenders while navigating complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities. Van has also been directly involved in the development of four infill multi-residential apartment buildings, including supporting capital raises totaling $10 million from accredited investors alongside the project’s exempt market dealer. This experience gives her a practical understanding of the developments and investment offerings she now helps bring to market.
