Saransh Bhatt brings over 14 years of experience across banking, private equity, and corporate development to his role as Director of Private Capital Markets at Lankin Investments. Prior to joining Lankin, Saransh developed extensive capital markets expertise through senior roles at two of Canada's foremost financial institutions — CIBC and TD — gaining a rigorous command of deal structuring, debt and equity markets, and investor relations that underpins his work in private real estate capital today.

Saransh is committed to lifelong learning at the highest level. He has pursued executive education through Harvard Business School and The London School of Economics and Political Science.
